    Bamford treatment cabins

Two clean, fresh contemporary treatment cabins for Bamford Haybarn Spa using rustic Scottish wood to reflect the rugged landscape of the Highlands. Inspired by traditional explorers’ wood wagons in the wild west.

Sandblasted white featheredge oak walls are graphic and linear in contrast to the circular pattern of the ash log slice walls. These different textures and layers help absorb sound. Special care has been taken with the ceiling that is constructed with raw ash branches, to provide texture, warmth and interest for the visitor lying on the treatment bed below. Subtle lighting has been carefully designed to wash the walls and helps create a feeling of light and space. A veined white marble basin surround blends the natural and white colours, and chestnut handles and hooks bring definition and rustic detailing.
