A complete renovation, which successfully increased footfall and sales.

The staircase was removed and the space opened up to resemble a food market. We introduced a central island in riven heritage slate and stone to provide neat storage for jars and bottles. Roof lights combined with discreet lighting disguise the mezzanine floor's low ceiling height, and we incorporated our distinctive log wall, formed from mature oaks blown over on the Gloucestershire estate, as a key eye-catching feature.
